Shipping goes by zone no matter HOW you ship...  First, use the table below to determine your zone.
The numbers in the box are the first 3 digits of your zip code.  For instance, our zip is 98942, so we are 989.
Then, use the tables for Priority Mail and Parcel Post to look up your shipping estimate!

Whenever possible, we ship via Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes or Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes.  The shipping charge on the flat rate envelope is $4 and the box ships for $8.10(until Spring of 2007)--both are regardless of the actual weight of the sealed package.  We will try to use those options whenever possible to save you on shipping $$!  Many times, we can ship via the flat rate box for much less than even parcel post or UPS. 

We do whatever we can to keep shipping costs down.  We shop for competitive pricing on the packaging items we require to securely package your order and we recycle whenever possible!  We save and reuse packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and boxes when they can safely be reused.  In the long run, we have saved landfill space and kept your ordered items and shipping cost at a minimum!  This is why we do not charge a handling fee!

Shipping Rates VIA USPS Priority Mail:
Whenever possible, I will ship to you via Flat-Rate Priority Mail Envelope or Flat-Rate Priority Mail Box.
Those are the flat cardboard envelopes that the post office uses and the flat-rate boxes that USPS released in 2005.
If your order will fit in one of the flat-rate envelopes, the shipping will be just $4.60!
Shipping on the flat-rate box is just $8.95, regardless of the actual weight.
BUT, if it won't fit in one of the flat-rate envelopes or boxes, the following shipping rates will apply for shipping via Priority Mail.

Parcels that weigh less than 15 pounds but measure more than 84 inches in
combined length and girth (but not more than 108 inches) are
charged the applicable rate for a 15-pound parcel (balloon rate).
The 1-pound rate is charged for matter sent in a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope
provided by the USPS, regardless of the actual weight of the piece.
Parcels shipped in the flat-rate priority mail boxes provided by the USPS are
charged $8.95 regardless of the actual weight of the parcel.
 Country Crafts N Design rounds up to the next even dollar amount
for your total shipping charge.




Shipping Note:
If you opt for shipping via any of the US Postal Service options and insurance
is not purchased (at your expense in addition to shipping charge), we are not liable for packages
that are lost in transit.  The postal service only guarantees delivery when insurance
is purchased.  We DO provide Delivery Confirmation for free (at our expense). 
You should get an email with your Delivery Confirmation number upon shipping of your
package.  Packages not received will not be replaced unless insurance was requested!! 
You must reorder the items and pay for them again.  Then, if a package is returned to us
(for whatever reason), your funds will be credited/refunded back to you
